Infants and Toddlers
For many families, choosing first-time childcare arrangements can be as daunting as deciding on a college. The choice isn’t just about the institution or the program’s philosophy, it’s about selecting with whom you will celebrate your child’s first steps, first words and first friendships. It’s about finding a “day family” where you can take your child and feel confident that he or she will be nurtured and loved. It’s about finding partners who will work with you in supporting your child’s needs, interests, and feelings. For more than 20 years, Congressional has offered the best in childcare options for infants and toddlers.
Guided by a full-time early childcare specialist, our Bright Beginnings Program is designed to nurture the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of children under the age of three. Particular emphasis is given to language development, fine and gross motor skills, self-awareness and building relationships with others, exploring the environment, toilet training, and preparing children for Preschool. We also offer additional support to first time parents who may have extra questions or seek reassurance when a child’s behavior differs from “what the books say.”
When parents see their children on daily walks enjoying the beauty of nature, or when they see their children sharing and playing with others, they get a glimpse of some of the things that make our Bright Beginnings Program special – but when they see the chemistry that grows between the children and their caregivers, they understand just how special.
Congressional’s Bright Beginnings Program is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
